Environmental Policy

Bytesplay believes that we cannot prosper if we degrade our environment. So we are committed to protect the environment and take necessary steps to not dump our waste and other garbage in the open environment without processing. Resources can be enough but we cannot waste it. So we follow the rule of optimum utilization of resources.

Our employees are given proper training on environment management plans and we always follow the Environment Legislations and Rules of the area. Our Environment Management System defines and upgrades the objectives and targets from time to time and we try to pollute the environment the least.

The European Union’s (EU’s) Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directives call for the reduction and removal of hazardous wastes which also includes lead and other heavy metals, from the electronics, embedded systems and other assemblies by July 1, 2006. We have been continuously and successfully following this norm since then.

We also take utmost care to recycle the products from the e-waste that we generate. It helps in cost cutting and protecting the environment from the waste which could have been used somewhere else.
